Our High Performance Countercurrent Chromatography (HPCCC) instruments have been developed to solve the challenges found in liquid chromatography today, of easy scale-up and improving sample loadings with solutions to solubility problems. The Dynamic Extraction HPCCC products are intended to be used in all circumstances where liquid chromatography techniques, such, as reverse phase HPLC (rp-HPLC) or flash chromatography struggle.
Working with our instruments enables chemists and chromatographers to solve scale-up and solubility problems because they can now use a liquid stationary phase. Working with both liquid mobile and stationary phases offers a greater range of solutions to solubility challenges; however once a purification is developed, it can then be scaled seamlessly from milligram to gram to kilo and beyond. Using HPCCC instruments allows chemists and chromatographers to focus their time developing drugs not liquid chromatography methods.
